The Milestone Group Cookery School – Beer & Bar Snacks

Hosted by a well known Sheffield brewery (TBC) and Pie Eyed from Cutlery Works, our beer & bar snacks cookery school is a fantastic addition to the 2020 calendar.

Ever wondered how to make the perfect scotch egg? Well now, it will no longer be a mystery. We will show you how to make some perfect snacks to accompany a pint, all from scratch!

Please note, this course may not be suitable for vegetarians, people with coeliac disease or a gluten intolerance or allergy.

Approximate plan for the day
  • Arrive at 10.30am
  • Tea, coffee & pastries
  • Introduction to beer hosted by a well known Sheffield brewery
  • Beer tasting
  • Beer & food matching theory
  • 1pm: Break for lunch at The Milestone
  • Scotch egg making
  • How to make other beer friendly snacks
  • Beer & food pairing!
  • Finish class around 4.30pm

 

Please note that the price of £100 is per guest. This covers coffee & pastries on arrival, lunch + a drink at The Milestone, tuition and all ingredients & items to take home.

We will provide handouts and recipes for all classes, and all uneaten items can be taken home to enjoy!
