Please note, this is a short cookery school, with approximately 2.5 hours’ tuition per class.
If you love your local take away but wish it was healthier and fresher in taste, this hands on class is for you. You will never need to open another jar of curry paste again as you learn to cook very traditional delicious easy curries that are made in the Indian home everyday.
The ‘curries’ you will recreate (a term we will use loosely for dishes with sauce) will be very frugal and thrifty turning humble vegetables and store cupboard ingredients into a quick, easy evening supper.
