Hosted by chef Patrick Bond, formerly of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and now of Fin & Bone at Cutlery Works, our couples’ beginners class in making handmade pasta is an exciting addition to our Cookery School calendar.
Guests will learn different techniques & shapes for home cooking plus restaurant standard pasta sauce & garnish recipes to impress friends and family at your own dinner parties.
Please note, this course may not be suitable for people with coeliac disease or a gluten intolerance or allergy.
Please note that the price of £175 is per couple, so for two guests. This covers coffee & pastries on arrival, lunch + a drink at The Milestone, tuition and all ingredients & items to take home.
We will provide handouts and recipes for all classes, and all uneaten items can be taken home to enjoy!
