Hosted by chef Patrick Bond, formerly of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and now of Fin & Bone at Cutlery Works, our preserves, pickles & sauces class for home cooks is an exciting addition to our Cookery School calendar.
This class is for anyone looking to learn how to use leftover or seasonal produce to make the most out of everything. Using restaurant techniques and Patrick’s experience from working in a NY deli, you’ll be able to fill your shelves with home made treats for any occasion. No previous experience is needed.
Please note that the price is £100 per person. This covers coffee & pastries on arrival, lunch + a drink at The Milestone, tuition and all ingredients, items & jars to take home.
We will provide handouts and recipes for all classes, and all uneaten items can be taken home to enjoy!
