Lamb in a Day

The passion and respect we have for our ingredients is paramount in developing our award-winning dishes. Our cookery courses at The Milestone aim provide understanding of nose-to-tail eating and sustainable cookery, an approach that aims to make the most of excellent quality meat and ensure not a scrap is wasted.

Join our chefs to learn all about the different cuts of lamb and the best cooking methods for each, from high temperature cooking to “low and slow” braises and making flavourful stocks.

This course includes butchery demonstration, practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material.
